Visiting this website
The site is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser information and request timestamps to deliver and protect the site. ONX has not added advertising pixels, visitor analytics or third-party font requests to this website. Technical processing supports the legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning website.
The contact form and email
The form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not automatically submit your details to ONX or save them in website storage. The copy action places the enquiry on your clipboard. ONX receives your name, email, optional company/website, language and message only when you send the email. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. We use received information to answer your request and discuss a possible engagement: steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence, as applicable. Required fields are needed to prepare a useful enquiry; you can also email us directly.
Recipients and international processing
Information may be handled by authorised ONX personnel and service providers supporting hosting, security and business email. Your email provider also processes a draft you choose to open or send under its own terms. The website hosting providers operate internationally, so technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. The client portal is a separate service and has its own sign-in and processing arrangements.
How long information is kept
Unsent form text remains in the current page and is not retained by this website after the page is closed or reloaded; your browser may manage autofill independently. Sent enquiries are retained for handling the conversation and any resulting relationship, with longer retention where needed for legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending claims. The period depends on the purpose and applicable obligations. The cookie choice expires after six months. Hosting security records follow the hosting providers’ applicable retention arrangements.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing.
