Ozkar Services provides IT advice, procurement, infrastructure, applications and managed services. Its website serves several distinct audiences, including education, government and commercial organisations. That breadth creates a communication challenge: a buyer needs a relevant route into the offer without having to decode the entire service catalogue.

Technical depth. A clearer commercial story.
For a technology provider with a broad offer, expertise is only useful commercially when buyers can understand it. Our work with Ozkar connected service structure, brand materials and a B2B lead-generation programme with practical website and email support.
The task was to make a complex technology business easier to navigate and present consistently. The website, capability materials, sector messages and follow-up touchpoints needed to tell the same story while allowing different buyers to find the information that mattered to them.
ONX worked across brand communication, information architecture, content and digital support. The engagement included a B2B Lead Engine programme covering branding, a funnel and LinkedIn advertising, followed by website-content, shop-support and MailerLite-template work.
The work, in detail.
A service architecture buyers can follow
A dedicated structure document separates services, solutions and industries. It maps broad families such as advisory, procurement and managed services into more specific topics, creating a practical framework for navigation and individual page content.
Capability and sales materials
The capability statement brings the company overview, core competencies and differentiators into a concise B2B document. Presentation materials and sector brochures support a more consistent way to explain Ozkar's offer.
A connected lead-generation programme
The three-part B2B Lead Engine engagement brought branding, funnel work and LinkedIn advertising into one commercial scope. It connects the way the business presents itself with the way it starts new sales conversations.
Content and commerce support
Later work included content development for website subpages and technical support for the Ozkar shop. This extended the collaboration beyond a presentation exercise into the digital places where customers explore the business.
Consistent email communication
MailerLite-template support and a library of employee email-signature materials carried the brand into everyday communication. These touchpoints help keep the commercial experience coherent after a visitor leaves the website.
