Liri is an independent jewellery brand with an online collection-led shopping experience and a separate route for bespoke work. Its sculptural product language makes the quality of presentation central to how customers discover and understand the brand.

An independent brand. A connected marketing practice.
Liri's distinctive jewellery needed a marketing practice that could carry its identity across campaigns, content and customer contact. ONX's work connected brand materials, recurring marketing support, channel reporting and lead-journey planning.
The strategic challenge was coherence: keeping the brand recognisable while working across different channels and customer journeys. Product communication, social content, advertising and follow-up needed to feel like parts of the same business rather than isolated activities.
ONX provided recurring full-marketing services under an iCMO engagement. The work brought together a brandbook, campaign and social materials, channel reporting and a lead-flow plan, connecting identity with day-to-day marketing.
The work, in detail.
A defined brand reference
A dedicated 24-page brandbook records the visual identity, including colour and logo-version guidance. It gives the marketing work a shared reference as materials move between formats and channels.
Brand applied to campaign content
Social-post designs, reel covers, advertising creative and print materials carried the brand into its customer-facing communication across formats.
Recurring marketing support
Full-marketing support continued across recurring engagements, bringing brand and campaign needs into a sustained working relationship.
Visibility into channel activity
A multichannel report brought website, social, Google Ads and Facebook Ads activity into one review, giving the team a shared basis for discussing activity and priorities.
Planning the path after first interest
The lead-flow plan maps a proposed journey from advertising, organic traffic and direct messages to landing pages, forms and chat, with MailerLite and spreadsheet touchpoints. This work covered journey planning; implementation of the complete flow remains outside this case’s delivered scope.
How the pieces connect.
Establish the reference
Use the brand identity as a common starting point for customer-facing materials.
Apply it across channels
Carry the same direction into campaigns and recurring marketing work.
Review and plan the next connection
Use channel reporting and lead-flow mapping to frame the next priorities.
